Indulge in the many choices of steaming dim sum available all day long. It wouldn't be a dim sum fare without the famous Xiao Long Bao. According to Chef Louis Liu, chef from the dim sum section, who hails from Guangdong China, he uses traditional method to make the bun, just like those in Hong Kong with natural flavours as well. So what we have here is the authentic style and taste of the Xiao Long Bao with flavoursome soup wrapped in a thin layer of dim sum skin with minced pork. Be careful not to poke your chopsticks in it too hard or else you would lose out its soup- the essence of the tiny buns.

Meanwhile, the BBQ Three Combination is just as wonderful as well. Using fresh ingredients, Chef Lau Wan Kwong from Hong Kong, Group Executive BBQ Chef of Tai Thong Group of Restaurants, explains that he marinated the duck for one night before roasting it. He also uses white vinegar instead of the watered-down rice vinegar to give a nice finishing colour to the duck. The outcome is a flavourful plate of duck meat. Meanwhile, its barbequed pork is tender and juicy making it a wonderful pair to any rice or noodle.

For those wanting to try something special, order the Fried Venison with Black Pepper. Surprisingly this dish is tender and there is no gamy flavour thanks to the wonderful skill by chef to cover up the flavour with adequate amount of black pepper which does not overrides the meat's flavour.
