Throughout the month of April, delight in a cuisine that is the embodiment of our country’s mixed heritage; Nyonya food, a blend of Chinese and Malay cooking with a hint of Thai influence. Expect notable classics such as the Ayam Pongteh (braised chicken in spice), Kari Daging Kapitan (kapitan style beef curry) and Prawn Chin Cha Lok (fried prawns with salted shrimp sauce).The dessert counter will also have a very heavy nyonya influence with favourites such as the Cendol, Badak Berendam, Pandan Tiramisu as well a live Kuih Buah Malaka station.
