Tantalise your taste buds with the unique flavour, firmness and sweetness of river fish presented in different preparation styles by our master chefs at Zuan Yuan.
Our chef’s recommendations include Steamed Giant Garouper with Tangerine Skin and Fresh Beancurd, Steamed Giant Garouper “Village” Style, Braised Giant Garouper Traditonal Style served in Claypot and Braised Giant Garouper with “Teo Chew” Bean Sauce.
